Legal Notice:

"HOMEGROWN ENTERPRISES" (ABN 30 358 009 057) is our registered business name with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission under the Business Names Registration Act 2011. We trade under the name "Homegrown Stores" for retail operations. All legal contracts and formal documents reference our registered business name.

1. Order Cancellation Window

At Homegrown Stores, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

Orders can be cancelled only before 3:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne) on the day of order placement (if not yet dispatched).
To cancel, please email us at info@homegrown-stores.com.au with your order number and cancellation request.
After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, especially if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

You cannot cancel your order if:

The item has already been processed or dispatched
The product is a customized, made-to-order, or perishable item
The product is listed as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

In such cases, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy if the product is faulty or damaged, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

3. Cancellation Confirmation

If your cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will confirm the cancellation via email and process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (Mon-Sat)

If the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you may:

Refuse delivery
Or initiate a return after receiving the item (if eligible)

4. Cancellations by Homegrown Stores

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of:

Pricing or inventory errors
Suspected fraud or unusual activity
Payment authorization issues
Products becoming unavailable

In such cases, we will contact you and provide a full refund immediately.

5. Your Consumer Rights

This Cancellation Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

Cancel an order where there is a major fault
Request a replacement, repair, or refund for goods that are not of acceptable quality
